With 2 sandbags full of crushed stone the base has a dead weight of 150 lbs. in the bottom 11 inches.
They also keep the target post from tilting side to side.
Used the plastic case that mini-blinds come in to encase the 2x4's. The plastic endcaps kept the cement from pinching the bottoms of them so I could get 'em out once it dried.

The Do target is 3 kiddie bike tires from the junk yard stacked on top of eachother.

The Men target is pieces of pool / water noodles tightly wraped in duct tape.

Figured with a base like this I can make a dummy to fit individual practice. Slip out one dummy and change it for another while using the same base.
