I am just another guy who likes to understand different systems, how they work, how to make them work when crazy things happen and what can i do to make it work more efficiently and reliably and take it to the next level or maybe think and develop a new one which will do the job more efficiently. I will like to see my work going more into the last one and take the current technology to a whole new level.
I am currently working at NetHawk Corp.
in Dallas, TX with RTPServer, VoIP/FoIP, video/audio codecs and Multimedia
Streaming and currently in IPSec. My work is most of the times pretty challenging and i like it. There are times when concepts bog me down and there are times when i have to do some mechanical bullshitting around, but its all in the game.
I was born in a beautiful and peaceful (as it used to be, not now) city
of Pune in India. I did my schooling in Rosary High School in the same city. Believe me or not, i had a real tough time out there with the school teachers being strict and rules being stubborn as ever. But one thing was good about the school, the kind of dicipline that got hardcoded into my DNA helped me big time.
I graduated from High School in 1997. Sometime later i finished my
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Insititute of Computer
Technology (PICT) in 2003. I was lucky enough to intern with IBM GS and get
a project to design and develop a Gateway Server Software right form scratch.
In January of 2004 i found myself in Richardson, The Tech CITY of Dallas. Its also called the Telecomm corridor of US. I joined UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) located in the heart of Richardson.
I was fortunate enough to intern with NetHawk Corp. and pretty much finished my Masters degree in CS by December 2005. Not to mention the necessary evil, my car ,
which has eased my life and without which living would have been impossible in Dallas.
