Other Decal Pilot Counties of SCATT went live: Clarendon on September 20th and Richland on September 30th, 2005 Anderson and Georgetown are the other two remaining. | Working together to make this dream a reality. THE Five SCATT Pilot Counties for the project are: Anderson, Clarendon, Dorchester, Georgetown, and Richland. DMV Office: Marcia Adams, DMV Director, Jim Early, Rolf Dolder, Frank Rodgers, Rob Parks and others. THE Computer Vendors: CSRA, Aiken, SC and Smith Data Processing, Spartanburg, SC. Other counties have their own in house ITS Department and Programmers. "THIS PARTNERSHIP" has produced an up dated system that will "benefit all concerned especially the taxpayers". There is a $1.00 charge per vehicle decal. The DMV trip "FOR SOME" will be eliminated. With gas prices today what a "DEAL". -A thank you from-Patsy G.
