Georgetown Baptist

Georgetown Baptist Church, located in Georgetown, SC, is a small, down to earth
church where the people are genuine and have a huge heart for God and
community. You will always receive a warm, heartfelt welcome here. We are not
here to judge, we are here to worship God, to fellowship with one another, and to
reach out to people in need.

We accept you as you are, so don't hesitate to visit every now and then. We are
not concerned about the clothes you wear, whether they are old or new. You can
come dressed in the finest clothes money can buy, or if all you have to wear is a
t-shirt and jeans, that's ok too. You will be treated the same regardless. We are
more concerned about your heart and about you as a person than we are about
the material things you possess.

The services here, are on God's time, not ours. We allow Him to lead as He sees
fit. We are also a praying church. Our prayer list is constantly updated, and
every name is mentioned in prayer, no matter how long the list is. We are not a
perfect church, no church is, but one of our main goals is to accomplish God's will
in our lives and in the community.
