This building has since been 80% demolished. An interim order has been placed on the corner section while an appeal against the demolition order is heard.
This building is listed on the Shire's Heritage Overlay.
Currently under a demolition order to make way for a petrol station and shop complex.
Neglect over many years has suggested this architectual rarity is an 'eyesore' to pro-developers.
