Welcome to
St. George Church

...........a light in the country!
5272 E. 5000 N. Road, Bourbonnais, IL  60914
We are a Catholic church that is a member of the Joliet Diocese.  Currently we have approximately 110 families who belong to our church.  We are located in rural Bourbonnais four miles east of Route 50 on St.George Road and about a block from St.George School.  We are centrally located like the hub of a wheel between the towns of Grant Park, Momence, Manteno, Bradley & Bourbonnais.  If you're looking for a church close to you but in a tranquil rural setting, please consider joining our parish family.

In 2006 & 2007 our church was updated and renovated to include new air conditioning, a new sound system, a new Yamaha Clavinova keyboard, new pews, a new steeple, new carpeting, a new statue of the Holy Family, a new roof and fresh paint throughout.  We are also wheel-chair accessible.  We hope you will join us in glorifying God at St. George Church.
