S.A.G.A. 2005 Tax Rolls

Saga has received from Ulster County the Tentative and Preliminary Tax Rolls and is making this available for all to see. It Can be access by clicking on the Important Link on the right. You should use the option SAVE file on your desktop and Open it with your Excel software if your are selecting the XLS format. Once Opened you can use the CTRL-F keys to search for any information. Please note the following about this file: 1) The File you can download is a Excel Format file or a PDF format 2) The File contains the Village and Town of Saugerties 3) The XLS file is sorted by Town code and SBL Code. The PDF is sorted by Owner's name. 4) The file contains information about prior and current assessment, owner's name, address etc.. 5) For the XLS format If you use the Form function of Excel (Under Data Menu) you can then search by criteria. 6) The last column (SAGA Estimated Tax) has been provided by SAGA by calculating, based on the current roll and based on the 2004 Taxes levied, the impact to each owners tax bill in %.
