INTRODUCTION
Formerly known as Bramley Sports Cricket Club and prior to that Bramley
Mariah Cricket Club, Rodley can trace their history back to the 1820's. Rodley play their league cricket in the Dales Council Cricket League at Canal Bank, Rodley, which is situated close to the Leeds/Liverpool Canal and in the valley between Pudsey and Horsforth. Rodley is a small
village on the borders of Leeds and Bradford in West Yorkshire.
Rodley Cricket Club in partnership with Rodley Rockets Amateur
Rugby League Club formed Rodley Sports Association in 1997 with the aims of the
Association to maintain and develop the Canal Bank Sports Ground with the shared
interests of both clubs.
