My understanding is that Ms. Cartwright may be living at 3318 Kumquat Drive, Edgewater, Florida . She was born in September of 1949 which would make her about 59 years old. From what I understand she may still drive a 1999 jeep with with florida plate X70CQQ.
Robert Hofer was born in October of 1946 which would make him about 62 years old. Mr Hofer used to work as a car salesman but I am not sure what he does now.
If you rent to either of these people please take notice that they seem to have a pattern of moving from one property to another and then being evicted. I have found this from public court records. In fact, according to court records, they were evicted from 1629 N. Halifax ave, Daytona Beach , Florida. Case No. 98-32376 COCI. The Landlord was a Raymond Kessler. They have also lived at 1114 Forth Street, Port Orange, Florida. And guess what....the landlord stated thay are deadbeats. They have also rented : 114 Oakridge Ave, Apt D, Edgewater, Florida, and 1673 Spring Garden Court, Holly Hill, Florida and 319 Cottrill Ave, Daytona Beach, Florida and 958 Village Trail, apt 101, Port Orange Florida.
