| Hailing from Northern New Jersey, ROOTS ROCK REBEL is an all original old school punk/rockabilly influenced band. They believe that music should have a sense of integrity and with an intense conviction, they deliver this. With lyrics based on social/political views, themes of current events, an occasional anti love song thrown in for good measure and music that comes from the heart, this is a band that cares in these trying times. When asked about doing cover songs, an eager fan stated... "Fuck doing covers, you guys have too much to say!" ROOTS ROCK REBEL is: Tommy Rockola- vocals, rhythm guitar.(Former member of 80's punk band NEXT GENERATION) Metaxas- vocals, guitar hero.
