Before You Start:

You will need at least two rubber bands. The type and quantity of rubber bands you will depends on the size of your hand and the resistance you prefer. As for me, I prefer  a soft rather than stiff bands.

Safety First. The rubber bands may accidentally slip and trajecting from your hands becareful not to hurt yourself or people around you.
Lets Begin:

For exercises C to G, you will need at least two pieces of rubber bands. The rubber bands that I am using in this picture are 9cm long if pulled flat (not the diameter nor radius) and about 0.1 x 0.15 cm thick. Anyway, you should experiment with other sizes depending on your requirements.

First put a rubber band around your 1st, 2nd and 3rd finger. Since I will have an extra length out of this rubber band, I will wrap the excess around these fingers again. (Pic A)

Secondly, put another rubber band around your 2nd, 3rd and 4th finger. Wrap the extra length again around these fingers. (Pic B).

The final process will look like Pic B and we are ready to the the exercises.

IMPORTANT
: To avoid possible injury, place the rubber bands around the first distal joint of your fingers. Please refer to the Pic A and B as to where to put the band around.

Exercise Variations:
Below are the examples of the exercises you can perform with rubber bands after you have followed the steps above.
Spread your fingers slowly and do several repititions of each exercise. Maintain the bands at first distal joint of the fingers. If you feel any pain, stop.
Another Exercise:

I really like this one, it makes my fingers feel light and nimble. For this I will use a slightly thicker and shorter rubber band. Only one band will do for this exercise and that again will depends on your preference. Start with Pic H first, put a rubber band around your fingers but for this the rubber band must rest in the middle between your first and second distal joint of your 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th finger.
BECAREFUL!!! In this position the rubber band is prone to projecting from your hands.
