Under the Auspice of His
Grace Bishop Youssef,
The Coptic
Evangelism In North America Group
invites YOU to join:
The
Urban Mission Trip to
December
20-25, 2007
“Do the work of an
evangelist.” (2 Timothy 5:4)
Why an urban mission??
As
Christians, we have been commanded to, “…become blameless and harmless,
children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse
generation,
among whom you
shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life…”
(Philippians 2:15-16) As ambassadors of Christ, our goal is to spread His love
to all whom we encounter. This is our opportunity to spread our faith, hope,
and love to those who are less fortunate or have not yet experienced a life
with Christ….especially during the holiday season.
By the grace of God, we are determined
to spread the word of God and His teachings. We hope to make a difference in
people’s lives in any way possible, whether by community service, discussions,
visiting orphans and those who are ill, etc.
Who May Go??
Anyone who is a steward of Christ, with a deep love for God and
desire to evangelize. This mission trip is for individuals over 21 years old
and have completed high school and undergraduate studies.
