Boot Bouquet

• 14 3/4" x 8 1/2"

Materials

• 2 Sheets clear 7-count plastic canvas

• #16 tapestry needle

• Worsted weight or plastic canvas yarn (14 yds. cream, 3 yds light sinnamon, 1 yd. gray, 2 yds. yellow, 8 yds. rose, 10 yds. dark green

• 11 (7/16") round crystal or pearl beads

• Sewing needle and white thread

• Hot-glue gun

Instructions

1. From plastic canvas, cut all pieces according to graphs.

2. Work each piece in colors and stitches indicated, adding gray Backstitches, dark green Straight Stitches and yellow Turkey Loop Stitches when background stitching is completed.

3. Using light cinnamon throughout, Overcast top, left side and bottom of boot flap from blue dot to blue dot. Place flap on boot, matching top and right edges; Whipstitch right edges together. Overcast unfinished edges along top and sides of boot. Overcast sole of boot with gray.

4. Using sewing needle and white thread, sew beads in place through both thicknesses where marked.

5. Overcast flowers and leaves with matching colors. Glue in place on boot, referring to photo.

6. Hang as desired.
