| Course Description ASL-I introduces students to basic knowledge of the language as well as Deaf culture. ASL-II continues building basic knowledge of the language and explores further into Deaf culture. ASL-III continues building knowledge of the language and Deaf culture for intermediate students. Keeping up with the vocabulary is a constant challenge. Students should plan to practice for a minimum of 30 minutes each day, outside of class. For the best results, study with a partner or in a group. (Teach someone else what you know!) Please read the Class Expectations for further detailed information of each class and the rules for the Foreign Language computer lab.. |
