RAKAR COMICS IN TURKEY
		'Rakar' was first published in Turkey as back-up feature in Bilge Şakrak's Dago weekly comics in 1970. Şakrak began publishing Rakar itself as a weekly comics in 1974, with cover illustrations by Yücel Köksal. Though short-lived, Şakrak's Rakar is possibly the first and only publication where this costumed justice fighter comics was featured in its own title magazine. Rakar was reprinted in 1980 by Nil Yayınevi and used as filler space in Viking published in 1983.
