12th Night in Caid

Come enjoy the day as the Barony of Dreiburgen hosts this year’s 12th Night Celebration.
This year’s theme is Fun and Games.
Throughout the event there will be a number of activities to entertain you.
The day will include games, music, dancing and feasting.
The event will be held at the United Methodist Church in Hemet, California

We are especially looking for jugglers and musicians to entertain throughout the day and during the feast.

The feast will be $12. Seating at the feast is limit so reservations and prepayment is strongly recommended. Reservations should be sent to the autocrat. Confirmations for the feast will be sent by email unless a self-addressed stamped envelop is included with the reservation. The tables we will be using are long and rectangular. They will seat 8. There will be 16 tables. Reservations for groups that arrive together will be seated together. Names of all those attending should be included.

We will be needing servers for the feast. Servers will enjoy the same fare as the feasters but at only the cost of their service.

Table Decoration
There will be a table decoration contests for couples and groups larger than two.
Throughout the day there will be games available including chess, backgammon, and a variety of other period games. The fine people at the Inn of the Crimson Spade will be overseeing the gaming and there will be opponents for all challengers.
Site Fees: 13 years and over $8 6 to 12 years old $5
The $3 non-member surcharge applies.
5 years and under are guests of the barony.

There is a $10 merchant fee but there is limited merchant space so reservations for merchants are required.

Take your favorite route to the 15 North. 15 North to the 215 North. Exit the 15 North onto the CA-74 East. Take CA-74 east. CA-74 is Florida Ave. Turn right on S. Buena Vista St. Turn left on either Mayberry Ave or Wesley Ave for one of the two parking lots for the church.
From the North and West:
Take your favorite route to the 10 East. Exit the 10 East at Beaumont Ave/CA-79 South. Beaumont Ave becomes Sanderson Ave. Turn left from Sanderson Ave onto Florida Ave. Turn right on S. Buena Vista St. Turn left on either Mayberry Ave or Wesley Ave for one of the two parking lots for the church.
