The Red Deer Region Highland Dancing Association is a volunteer run organization of dancers, parents, and teachers. Our purpose is to promote and support highland dancing in the region, serve as a conduit for highland information and most importantly, to keep highland dancing fun!
Highland dancing is a wonderful activity for young people, both girls and boys. It provides physical activity, opportunities to perform and is a great way to make friends from all over.
