Arts & Sciences
The Ravenstead household is dedicated to studying the arts and sciences of
the Norse culture during the Viking Era (700-1066 AD) and re-enacting
the lifestyle of that era in our encampments.
Listed here are both outside links to useful A&S resources and links
to our own information. More links and info will appear as we gather
it together, so keep checking back! Links to pages belonging to Ravenstead
are in bold. If you have suggestions for links, send them to the

Northside music - while not all the music on their sampler CDs (which are
very reasonably priced!) is "traditional" and isn't in period, it's still
a very good way to get your ear accustomed to Scandinavian music... which,
if you've not heard it before, probably doesn't sound like you'll expect.
Sampler CDs highly recommended!
