Raisor's 85 Chevy Monte Carlo

This is my baby it has a 350 bored .060 over with flat top pistons and a Lunati cam and lifters, competition cams roller rockers in the double hump heads that were ported and polished the intake is a Eldebrock performer rpm and the carb is a Eldebrock 750 cfm the fumes are lit by a MSD 6A ignition box and the fumes are exited by Hedman headers and 3 inch Flowmasters with 3 inch pipe. The trans is a 700r4  with a TCI shiftkit with a 2200 stall the shifter is a B&M Megashifter. The rear gears are Richmond 3:73 with an Auburn posi unit.

The suspension is lower 2 inches in the front with Belltech spindles and the back is 1 1/2 inches Belltch springs most everything else is stock. The wheels are 15x4 and 15x8 Weld Draglites and the tires are BFG 195/60/15and 275/50/15. The body mods are shaved door handles, mirrors, antenna, and emblems it also has a Harwood 2 3/4 inch cowl induction hood. The paint is Bahama Blue. The interior is completely done in light grey fabric the plastic panels and dash are black the seats are out of a fiero and it as Auto Meter phantom gauges and a pretty healthy stereo.

I have entered my monte in many local shows and have done pretty good and in april of 99 I went to the Car Craft Nats. and was picked to be featured in Oct issue of the magazine so now I am working towards getting in Hot Rod and Super Chevy.

This was my first show car it is a 83 Pontiac Grand Prix and I also took it to alot of local shows but it got totaled before it say any big shows I think I'm doing better with the Monte anyway but I just wanted to add this to my page. If you want to email me you can at craftymonte1@aol.com
