| When I bought the Logitech Driving Force steering wheel to play PC and Playstation 2 games, and after my adjustment to driving the wheel, the games became much more fun, and you won´t go back to the normal Playstation 2 pad or the PC keyboard. If playing the PC games is a question of fitting the wheel to the comptuter desk, to play the PS2 games, is hard to find a suitable furniture to play in front of the TV, so I decided to build a racing cockpit. After a search on the web for what it´s done at commercial level and "do it your-self" , based on what I found, I draw this model and bought a Sparco seat and build this cockpit with aluminium and wood materials. So here I leave an idea on how to build this racing cockpit, with the plans, dimentions and the materials used. |
