Heirs-at-Law of the Nipmucs of the Reservation at Webster, Massachusetts

The following is a list of Nipmucs whose families were legally associated with the reservation at Dudley. In addition to a person's first name and last name this list provides the person's age and residence in 1861. Married indicates a woman's married name. L1, for first list, is from the Earle report of 1861. L2, for list 2, is for individuals paid for land at the reservation sold by the state. L3, for list 3, is individuals paid as part of liquidating trust fund monies held by the Commonwealth for the Dudley Indians. Earle enumerated 86 individuals he listed as connected to the Dudley Indians. There were 38 individuals paid for the reservation land. There were 78 persons paid the balance of the Dudley Indian trust fund.
