You will also find one of the last strongholds on earth for the beautiful and mystical brook trout. This is the land of a thousand lakes, where the land and the waters merge; where vast expanse of natural resources remain untouched and untapped ty man. Waters where 3 to 8 pound brook trout still cruise the shores at night feeding on big green drakes and lemmings. In association with Montagnals Band Council of Natashquan we currently operate three remote fishing camps for brook trout, land-locked and Atlantic salmon located in the North Shore District of the Province of Quebec. Our trophy brook trout camp is located on Lac DesMerets, 135 miles north of the Natashquan River, 90 miles south of the Minipi, and approximately 14 hours from Quebec City. Accessible by float plane, our remote location in the vast untouched region allows us to maintain strict control over the unique population of large brook trout. Our average brook trout weigh a hefty 4 pounds, which does not include the several 7-8 pound brookies that are caught each season.
