Sponsored by the Wallowa Mountain Chapter
of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation
Enjoy a magical weekend of riding, entertainment, good food and female camaraderie while providing a charitable contribution to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. This ride is for the fun and relaxation of it all! Where else can women have a laugh, exercise, eat great food, play with your horse, be entertained, do charity work and write it all off of your taxes!
We will take day rides from Thomason Meadows in the heart of the Chesnimnus District of the Wallowa Whitman National Forest only 27 miles from Enterprise, Oregon. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Imnaha and Snake River Canyons. Watch for big game (elk, mule deer, and bear) and enjoy small game that abound while riding through stands of Ponderosa Pine and grassy meadows.
Check-in will be Thursday, July 17, by 4PM followed by a dutch oven dinner and a campfire "get to know you". We will have day rides Friday, Saturday and a short ride Sunday morning.
We are inviting 25 women (21 years or older) and their animals. Spaces will fill fast, so get your reservation now!
