QBMan's POE Video
The process of foreskin restoration is fairly simple. But, as in many things, some things
seem a little more complex or confusing. The POE, or Point of Equilibrium, is a point of equal tension on the
outer shaft skin and the 'inner' skin of what will become the new foreskin. This is an important reference mark
often refered to when discussing restoration techniques and tips. The one thing asked about, most frequently,
is "How do I locate the POE?" So in response, I have made a small video to help understand how the POE
is located. It runs about 2 minutes and has instructive audio. Here's what you need to view the video and where
