Please choose Frames or No Frames.
While both are optimized for a screen resolution of at least 800x600, the no frames version is better for those whose resolution is less.

Also note that I use Internet Explorer, and can not test it using Netscape (or any other browser), thus I have no clue whether or not any friction will occur if you are using a browser other than IE.
