New carpets and laminate flooring. Jalousie windows and ceiling fans enhance the cooling Trade Winds.

Use the kitchen for gourmet dinners, lunches & snacks, for tours around the Island, and days at the beach.

Swim in the pool or take the path at the end of Wyllie Rd. to a secluded part of Anini Beach. Reef protected and good for swimming or snorkeling. Have a picnic. View Kilauea Light. Take a walk and look for shells. Watch a sunset off Bali Hai Point.

Kauai has many natural and geological points of interest: Waimea Canyon, Kokee State Park, Kilauea Light and Bird Sanctuary, Wet and Dry Caves and 11 mile Na Pali Cliff Trail. An old Plantation site, Kilohana, just passed Lihue heading south, has a tour around the gardens and the interior which is now a highly praised restaurant, Gaylords, and many boutique shops.

A brochure, "101 Things To Do On Kauai", gives you many choices & coupons for activities. Golf and other sports. Princeville Ranch offers horse trails, kayak tours and "ZIP" line, a new tree top adventure. Beaches are everywhere! Rental equipment is available at Ching Young Village in Hanalei. So many choices! Or just lay out for that great tan! Now it's time to "Shop "til You Drop", then go out for "Some Enchanted Evening" of dining or dancing at a favorite restaurant and nightclub.

With 1,530 square feet of space, our residence gives you plenty of room for up to 8 people comfortably. You and your spouse, or the whole family can be at ease without feeling crowded. We offer a great value for your vacation happiness.

Our Townhouse Rental Rates are:

New Lower Rate! $99 per night(3 night min.), plus %11.44 Tax and $150 Housecleaning Fee. Please note an additional $20 utility surcharge per person will be added for groups with more than 6 adults. Upon reservation a $500 security deposit will be required. The deposit is fully refundable, after your stay, with a satisfactory checkout verified by housekeeping. Our Garden Isle Townhouse is a non-smoking facility. We also regrettably cannot accomodate pets, no matter how cute they are. Deposits and payments are accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard or Dicover Card, personal check, cashiers check, or money order.
