Pamela Turner, Digital Publishing Consultant
Having accrued twenty five years of experience marketing books and electronic information to students, libraries, faculty and institutions of higher education, I can enable other industry professionals to build new revenue channels within the digital publishing arena. Presently I assist technology service providers, publishers, authors, book merchandisers and associations with new market positioning.  After operating for twenty years the Undercover Book Order Service with three physical shoppes in the Cleveland area, I began to work with higher education clients in 1992.  These included close to 100 universities and national and corporate libraries in the United Kingdom, as well as domestic  and international institutions. I conducted the creation of personal, religious and information based collections on behalf of specialty and college libraries, as well as providing stock and special orders for educators and students.  Working in the eBook and online learning industries from 2000 through 2004, I developed distance learning and software solutions for personal access of digital books and multimedia material for educational and recreational reading.
I currently work on research and promotional projects for digital service providers, individual authors, professional publicists, and work as a literary representative for authors and speakers.  My non-professional pursuits and interests include genealogy, family, local and Ancient history.
