2. Seller Representations:
The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned dog:
(Both buyer and seller initial as both parties understand each remark)

________   _______ a.) Buyer agrees the dog / puppy will NOT be turned into a dog shelter or humane society (dog pound) or a rescue group, in the event the dog / puppy is reported to be retained by one the seller WILL take legal action to recoup the cost for return of the dog / puppy. If the buyer can no longer care for or keep the dog, the seller is willing to take the dog back for any reason, so long as the buyer pays return shipping or other arrangments are made at that time. Buyer agrees to contact us immediately if such a situation arises.

________   _______ b.) As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases.

________   _______ c.) The Buyer has 48 hours to have the dog examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be varified by Seller's own veterinarian.

________   _______ d.) Buyer may return dog / puppy to Seller for full refund and any reason with in 48 hours of purchase, providing buyer agrees to pay all transportation cost to the Seller.

________   _______ e.) Buyer is completely satisfied with the waives and all claims reguarding the dog's confirmation, and outward apperance.

3. Purchase Price of the dog:

Keep the dog/ bitch providing he/she is spayed or neutered or may return to seller unaltered.
Seller agrees to replace said dog/bitch with another of the same sex and grade for: 50 %
of the purchase price or other wise agreed upon arrangments such as:

________   _______ d.) Breeding Prerequistes: Breeding of a bitch shall be every other heat cycle or no more then 1 (one) time a year. Breeding will be no earlier then 16 months of age, preferably at least 20 months old. If bred before 16 months is terms of abuse. Suitable number of litters is 1 - 3 of a breeding bitches life till 6 years old. Litter registration can and will be checked by us through out the dogs life, to follow the number of litters produced.

5. Limitations of Contract:

________   _______ a.) If Buyer chooses to sell the dog / bitch or otherwise place the dog elsewhere, Seller gets the FIRST chance to re-acquire dog/bitch according to the terms agreed to by Buyer and Seller at that time.

________   _______ b.) This contract applies to the orignal puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party. NO replacement puppy will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered or spayed. Buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from the Seller on original and / or replacement puppy.

6. Health Guarentee, Maintiance and expected care of the dog:

________   _______ a.) Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventive health care.

________   _______ b.) Buyer further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to maintain this dog or bitch in proper weight and physical shape. A proper diet consist of top-quality food and supplements if needed.

________   _______ c.) Buyer agrees that this dog or bitch is NOT to be left in a backyard or kennel only.
The dog is to be a member of the family and NEVER to be tied on a rope or kept on a chain for any reason.
(This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for the animal was bred.)
These are reasons for neglect and termination of ownership fo the dog by the Seller.

________   _______ d.) Buyer agrees seller will REPOSSESS the dog or bitch upon evidence of neglect and or abuse at NO expense to the Seller.

(for example: Dog fighting or Shipping of Drugs)
