-During an online chat at Scholastic, JKR was asked: "What makes some witches/wizards become ghosts after they die and some not?" -The last word of this book will be scar. It is a proven fact from Time Magazine.
-Lupin will make a return. J.K.R said she is sure she will put him in the fifth book, but she definitely said he is going to play a big role in the seventh book.
-I think that in book seven Hogwarts will not be the fortress of shadows (on the contrast to popular opinions) but will be the only remaining place that is safe from Voldemort owing to the fact that Dumbledore is the only one Voldemort fears.
Or is it possible the J.K. Rowling writing about Voldemorts father (also called Tom Riddle) and his parents and how voldemord killed his father and grand parents?
Webmistress- My theory on this one is that when Tom Riddle Sr. found out that Voldemort's mom was a witch (and pregnant) he left her and went back to live with his parents. The Riddles seem Dursleyish. The chapter is about Voldemort going back as a teenager and killing his father. This would explain Voldemort's evilness and bitterness.
-I was rereading the third book and noticed that when the Dementor boards the Hogwarts Express, not only does Harry "have a fit", but Ginny also gets a bad case of the jitters. This could be because she was posessed by Voldemort. Perhaps the dementors have been trained to attack those that they get a "scent" of Voldemort on, similar to dogs?
-Did Snape Have feelings for Lily Evans(Potter) at school? Since we know very little about Snape's time at Hogwarts there may be a chance that he did have feelings for Lily; unrequited love may explain his hatred of James Potter. It is possible, but not probable.
-Will Ron and Hermione get together?
It's clear that Ron has feelings for Hermione (even though he might not realise) and Hermione seems to be jealous of Fleur Delacour at certain points ("Fleur swooped down on [Ron], too, and kissed him. Hermione looked simply furious."). They will hopefully get together sometime soon.
Sent in by a reader: Ron and Hermione are a definite couple to be. He gives her Perfumeas a Christmas present in book 5. Come on people, Ron gets jealous when Hermione writes to Krum. It has to be destiny. As for Harry and Cho; that probably won't work out.

An idea by the Webmistress: Why does Snape hate Neville? We know that Snape hates Harry because of the way James Potter treated him at school. Did Snape have a problem with Frank and/or Alice Lonbottom? If so, what?
Another idea by the Webmistress: Is Sirius really dead? The flash of the spell that hit Sirius was, purple, not green. Therefore we know that he was not hit with Avada Kedavra. We also did not have a body to verify if he really was dead. In my mind, if you haven't actually checked someone's pulse, you can't assume they are dead
