Many times, foster children who are in transition do not have a suitcase or duffelbag in which to pack their clothing and possessions, and are given a garbage bag for this purpose. Although this is an inexpensive and effective way to accomplish the task, we believe that children need to be treated with more care and compassion.

Garbage bags are for garbage. Children are precious - as are their belongings.
