This marker stands at the entrance to Cook Cemetery in Lake City, South Carolina. It is a family cemetery located on the land that was owned by Abraham Moore. The land was left to Abraham's daughter Mohala Moore Cook. She and her husband were instrumental in the founding of Pergamos Church. Many Moore family members are buried here.
