Welcome to Br.163 Pipe Band's webpage. Our band has provided pipe music for the residents of Hamilton and elsewere for over 30 years.  We hope you enjoy our site and let us know if you have any questions or comments.

If you are interested in joining our band, whether you are a new or an experienced musician, we have training and practice on Wednesday nights from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Branch 163. Stop in and join in the fun!!

MEMBERS PIPES STOLEN
on Warriors Day in Toronto at the Ex Saturday 17th Aug 2002. The pipes
were stolen from a location just outside the Ft York Armouries near Lakeshore Blvd and Bathhurst St around 5pm.
Their description is as follows....
Set #1
Henderson -  made around 1900, engraved silver and ivory mounts, 2 red tenor drone reeds, brown bass
drone reed, plastic chanter reed. Encased in green bag cover with green cords.

Set #2
R.G. Hardie - about 30 years old, blackwood, plastic mounts, wygent drone reed set, green bag cover with green cords.

Both pipes had matched Hardie wood chanters

Theft has been reported to Metro Police and widely advertised on many Pipeband websites
