Create a Lifeform
Run a Simulation
Create your own lifeform which will live, move, feed, reproduce and die in a world of other life forms.
You can play the game directly from this website: click here to play online. See the rules if you have not played before. You also need to enable cookies on your browser, as these are used to store your lifeforms. Please email me with any bugs you find in the software.
You may also try out one or more of the life forms that have already been written, and see how your life form performs.
When you've written a life form, email it to me for inclusion on this website.
Also, please email me about any interesting results you get with the available life forms, suggestions for improvements or general comments.
Note, if the site is down (which it sometimes is due to the game using up too much bandwidth), then you can just save the three pages jworld.htm, jworldsetup.htm and jlifeformedit.htm to your hard disk and run them offline.
