Penarth House Bed & Breakfast is situated in Waikawa Bay, a suburb of Picton.
We offer a fully self contained downstairs unit, which comprises the following:
· Large Living/Dining area, with kitchenette
· Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
· Bedroom 2 – Double bed and single bed
· Shower room
· Separate toilet/vanity
There is ample off street parking, and guests have full use of the in ground swimming pool (summer only!), BBQ and lovely orchard garden. The unit has SKY TV in the living room.
Accommodation is available on either a Bed & Breakfast or Self Catering basis. Standard breakfast is continental, but a cooked breakfast can usually be arranged.
Penarth House sleeps up to 5 guests. (There is a comfortable futon bed in the living room as well).
Our nightly rates vary according to whether you wish to book the entire unit, or if a couple or an individual are happy to share the unit in the event that we book additional guests in the second bedroom.
We are a short walk away from Waikawa Marina, where you will find cafes and bars, and a short drive to Picton. There are lovely bush walks a short stroll away. A boat launching ramp is only 2 mins away.
The house is named after our home town in Wales.
Our nightly rates range between $75.00 - $120.00 depending on the option selected.
