In the past the princely states and other feudal chiefs were patrons of the wood craft in Rajasthan. They were also fond of leisurely living style. They experimented with different materials to extract maximum comfort out of a physical entity could offer, wood had been one of such material. The work of antique furniture collection is extensively practiced. Most of the original pieces are in excellent condition.
