PDB Viewer
PDB Viewer is a simple Protein Data Bank Viewer for Windows and Linux written while I was at The University of Manchester. It allows you to model structures in a simple and easy to use application.
PDB Viewer is a small viewer written as part of my Final Year University Project. It aims to provide some of the basic viewing options required when analysing Proteins using Protein Data Bank Files.
Many features I wanted to add were beyond the scope of this project, but I hope to have improved on some of the features present when compared to other PDB viewing packages.
