Banana Nut Bread

1 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
5 1/3 tablespooons of unsalted butter
2/3 cup of Sugar
2 Large Eggs slightly beaten
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Whisk together flour,salt,soda,and powder
  • 2 minutes at high speed mix butter and sugar
  • Beat into flour mixture
  • Gradually add eggs
  • Fold in bananas and nuts
  • Scape into pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes
  • Cool on rack 10 minutes.
