| Rebut their spin with just a little knowledge of the rules they rely on to administer injustice, using a set of rules derived over 2000 years since Aristotle, that are infallible, irrefutable and lead to only one conclusion. The local ombudsman, local government, and organs supposedly representing Justice for the citizen in a democracy is the product of a culture of wilful ommissions that lay at the heart of governments in democracies that need a radicle weeding, just as your own garden does annually. Pull them out and replant fresh ones on a regular basis, just as they did in Roman times, on a yearly basis to prevent nepotism and self aggrandisement. Try to complain about their service, and get another child-like hand holding session leading you through the stages of chop-logic, cant and sophistry, that is a remarkable and multi fallacious argument showing the reviewers cannot see what is plainly and obviously in front of them, where your argument - 'speaks for itself', 'ipsa res loquitur'. The composition of this supposed body for Justice, defeats any attempt to seek redress for deplorable detriments delivered by local authorities under the banner of enforcing the law while breaking it themselves. The local ombudsman could almost be employed by the local authorities they are asked to investigate. They commit "Such an act That blurs the grace and blush of modesty; Calls virtue hypocrite; takes off the rose From the fair forehead of an innocent love, And sets a blister there." | Complain to the Local ombudsman, expecting justice concerning maladministration from a local authority, and you will get a sequence of repeating yourself irrationaly to receive a refusal based on any of their available rules, and a semantic interpretation of Justice that is different from that in the OED for the past 700 years. From Actual case material, see how to analyse and dismantle the spurious rhetoric and deplorably fallacious arguments they put forward for dismissing, or declining to investigate your complaint of maladministration in local government. Once you have carried out your own critical analysis of the arguments the local ombudsman relies on, you will see that not only they too are guilty of maladminstration, but the entire body is a waste of public money, unaccountable, and should be dismantled itself to make way for a replacement whose composition does NOT include former local authority chiefs, local government associates or staff willing to submit to an agenda of injustice towards the public for a mere waage packet. We should not elect governments to create institutions for their own perquisites, stealtth taxes or sleeze. |

Civil litigation is so uncertain and expensive that the main participants are the destitute (who may qualify for legal aid) and the seriously rich. The Local Ombudsman service is supposed to protect ordinary people of limited means against administrative abuses.
