Supplier Audits

of supplier quality issues and verification of your specific customer

In-house quality training

Internal Auditing

3-Day in-house training for internal auditors conducted by AIAG RAB

certified lead auditor. Meets requirements for training of auditors for your

Internal Audit Program.

Day 1 – Auditors will learn internal auditing skills based on ISO 9001:2000

and TS 16949 requirements.

Day 2 - Auditors will participate in a “real” audit at your facility.

Day 3 - Auditors will learn audit reporting, corrective action, and audit

closure techniques

NOTE: Classes are limited to a maximum of 8

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

1-day in-house introduction to basic SPC concepts and usage of control

charts for process control. Basic statistical concepts required by

TS 16949 are covered.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

1-day introduction to the automotive industry new part submission process.

Participants will review submission/retention requirements and the documents

used to meet the requirements.

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

3-day workshop introducing participants to the fundamentals of product

quality planning. Subjects include planning, flow charts, control plans

FMEAs and analytical techniques.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Assistance in completion and submission of First Article Inspections as

required by aerospace customers. AS9100 Rev. B and AS9102 Rev. A

Gage R&R

Your employees develop skills needed to conduct Gage R&R as required

by the various standards. This tool is part of a Measurement System

Analysis and is indispensable in Advanced Quality Planning.

Problem Solving

1-day introduction to the concepts of effective Problem Solving techniques.

Participants learn Brainstorming, Cause and Effects and Pareto skills in a

classroom setting. .
