The three plaintiffs decide to make a supplementary appeal (scanned documents
in Japanese can be found here) and raise the demand for compensation
to 2 million yen for each plaintiff.
The reason for this is that Yunohana appealed the first court decision,
where they were found guilty of discrimination and were ordered to pay 1
million yen in compensation to each plaintiff. With their appeal, Yunohana
is denying any wrongdoing on their side and dragging the court case into a
lengthy appeal.
