Cotroceni Palace, former royal palace, now, the presidential palace and museum.

There are several large buildings in Bucharest, built in that neo-romanian style. I am sorry I couldn't find one. Anyway, the right wing of the Cotroceni Palace is an old one, built in this style.

 

 

 

Casa de Economii si Consemnatiuni (Savings Bank Palace)

These two buildings are across the street, Victory Avenue. The right building is the History Museum (former Post Palace)

   

 

Cantacuzino Palace. Now, it houses George Enescu Museum (Enescu is the greatest romanian composer).

National Military House

A neo-gothic building, hidden in a lateral street of the city center.

 

 

Romanian Athenaeum. In the front of this building there is a statue of our greatest poet, Mihai Eminescu.

Colţea Church & Hospital

One of the oldest in Bucharest, Stavropoleos Church.

A strange orthodox church, in a roman temple shape. Very unique in the city.

 

 

 Churches, almost 300 in Bucharest (the same neo-romanian style, no matter if they are built now or over 300 years ago).

Curtea de Arges, The Monastery

Curtea de Arges, The Monastery, built between 1512-1517 by Neagoe Basarab. The romanian kings tombs are also here.

Constanta, The Casino, an "Art Nouveau" building.
