THE NORTH PLATTE NEWCOMERS CLUB
CLUB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
THE NORTH PLATTE NEWCOMERS CLUB IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE AN IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS TO BECOME AQUAINTED WITH OTHERS IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF FRIENDLYNESS AND GOOD WILL AND PROVIDE HELPFULL INFORMATION.  IT IS ORGANIZED FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL CAUSES.  INCLUDING THE MAKING OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO COMMUNITY AND SERVICE PROJECTS.
We have a wide variety of activities. At present our activity groups include, Lady's Pinochle, Crafts, Needlework, Lady's Pitch, we go out to Lunch once a month, Lady's Double Deck Pinochle.  We also have Couples Pitch and Couples Pinochle were you can bring a partner.  In addition, we have several  SOCIALS througout the year designed for COUPLES and FAMILY to get together.
Some popular Socials have been a Luau, Progressive Dinners, Family Picnics, Christmas Potluck, Hay Rack Rides, going shopping , playing mini Golf & others to numerous to mention.

The Club has a General Meeting on the third Monday of each month at 7.00 PM at the First Presbytarien Church located at 1901 West Leota Street.
