ENTRY FEE: 5K - $15 pre-registered, $20 day of race
Seniors (60+), high school track/cross country runners - $10, Kids (13 and younger) - $5
COURSE: Scenic course through the streets of Norfolk will be staffed with volunteers and one water stop
TIMING: Professionally timed - Splits every mile
AGE CATEGORIES: Awards to top three in the following categories; 12 & under,
13 to 16,
17 to 29,
30 to 39,
40 to 49,
50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70+
Special Awards to top three male and female Norfolk “DARE” students, top Norfolk School Staff, and Top Law Enforcement
AMENITIES: Free T-shirts to first 100 pre-registered - Free post race cookout & party - Raffle prizes
