## In this MS Global IME Homepage, click the blue letters of "Install Global IME 5.02 here" in the first sentence of the paragraph for "Users without Office XP". Once it is installed, a small icon "En" should appear at the lower right corner of your monitor. Then, you should be able to view Japanese webpages using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Try the following page for test.

Also, you should be able to read Japanese e-mail using MS Outlook Express. Open MS Outlook Express
## Initial Setting of MS Outlook Express for Japanese Go to "Compose New Message"
## Confirmation of Japanese for Sending E-mail You are ready to write Japanese e-mail.
Click small "En" icon at the lower right corner of the screen. Type as you speak in ro-maji. They will appear in Hiragana with underline.
## If you like to convert words to Kanji or katakana, press spacebar.
Bring the cursor in the space for writing e-mail text. As you use, you will become familiar with how to type Japanese.
