The "Cosi" repeater covers southern Grays Harbor County from Hoquiam to Elma and south along Hwy 101 into Pacific County. This station provides a VHF link for Grays Harbor County into the BeachNet system and can be directly worked from the Emergency Operating Center in Montesano.

Every site has its unique constraints, and this one is no exception. We were allowed to use the site provided the entire repeater could be mounted to the wall and not stick out more than a foot. Doyle provided a 4x8 sheet of particle board on which we fixed the equipment. The station comprises a GE MASTR-II mobile chassis (duplex converted) driving a Hustler 6 dB vertical through a Wacom BpBr 4-cavity duplexer. A GE Phoenix-SX transceiver provides the networking link through a 10.5 dB yagi antenna. The CAT-200B controller is housed in a black and tan Radio Shack project box. A pair of fans help to cool both the Astron power supply and repeater heatsink. The duplexer sticks out just less than the allowable foot, while the rest of the station is within 9-inches of the wall.
