This
website chronicles my journey with the Body for Life program. Most
likely you've linked to my page from another physique transformation
website and you are looking to make a dramatic change in your own life
and body. Or maybe you've done a search on the key words "Body for
Life" at some search engine, or you just want to see a person's
before and after pictures. I personally haven't done an official
challenge since spring of 2001 but my website continues to be a source
of inspiration for many and still gets a lot of hits per day.
Because of that I keep it here.
Something to remember, undergoing any physique transformation program takes a lot of hard work, courage and goal setting. But in the same breath, BFL isn't rocket science. It's consistency over time that pays off in the end. I am an ordinary person, just like you who just decided one day to buy this book and try a program. I can tell you that this one WORKS if you have the determination and will to stick with it for at least 12 weeks. Do your strength and cardio workouts 6 days a week and adhere to the diet plan created by Bill Phillips. My hope is that you will come away from my website with a little inspiration to help you with you own journey. First Body for Life
