Welcome to the Nebraska Llama Association web site.  The intent of the association is to promote the llama industry in Nebraska.  This includes but is not limited to:  the raising of llamas as a business or raising them for a hobby or pets, (for example, profit or nonprofit by choice or accident), raising show animals, 4-H projects, raising them for their hair (to spin into yarn), training them for packing or pulling carts, their use as guard animals, or not even raising or training them at all - which means just having the animals around for their... well, just to have them.
