Famous Historians are often calling me or dropping by unannounced to ask me about this site. Famous Historians have no concern for the privacy of others. They show up at all hours of the night and never even bring snacks. Well, they bring them, but have you ever tried getting a Famous Historian to share his Cheezos? Won't happen. The Famous Historians always want to discuss what this site is all about, and I lay it on the line for them with my no holds barred, right-to-the-point reply: I have no idea. I say these Historians are famous, but if you can name just one Historian I'll eat my hat. No, make that I'll eat your dinner. Depending on what you're having. Hopefully steak and shrimp.
People write me with questions about this site all the time, so I thought I'd take this chance to answer none of them.
Q: Why did you start this site?
A: I started this site to share. To share things that are important to me. To share things that make me happy. To hopefully spread a little joy to the world, online. To leave my legacy.
Q: Really, you just thought you could make some money, right?
A: Yes.
Q: How often does this site get updated?
A: I tend to have a pretty hectic schedule. I often have to work on multiple projects at the same time. I try to keep the site as updated as possible, but there are only so many hours in the day. 24. So sometimes the site isn't updated.
Q: You just don't update because you're too lazy to get off the couch, right?
A: Yes. Sometimes I fall on the floor and stay there for days.
Q: Why just a Q? Can't you spell the word Question?
A: Sadly, no.
Q: Do we have time for anymore questions? I mean Q's?
