Message Board Policies:

All posts will be monitored on a case by case basis. Posts will be unapproved at the Moderators' discretion. Moderators will take into consideration if the posts intent is to be nasty or just the posters expression of their thought on the matter (though different than that of the OP). If it appears the intent is to be cruel, the post will be unapproved.

If requested, posts/threads will be reviewed by the Moderators and if deemed inappropriate will be removed.

NEITHER LIBEL NOR CURSING WILL BE TOLERATED.

Deletion Request Procedure:

1) All deletion requests MUST be submitted via the "Contact Forum Admin" option and NOT posted in the open forum.

2) Please give as much detail regarding the post you want reviewed for partial or full removal(i.e. all or part of the beginning post)so that we can determine exactly what postyou are requesting us to review. Simply saying "delete the transfer post"is not sufficient as there may be a few posts that mention transfer.

3) Provide a valid email address so that we may contact you with any questions and/or let you know that your request has been taken care of.

4) When making your request, please remember that all moderators are volunteers and this board is not monitored 24/7. Therefore, while we try to accomodate all deletion requests as quickly as possible there may be times when a few hours pass before your request can be reviewed.(Specifically requests made in the late evening/early morning hours) Thank you!

Partial Deletion of Posts
To set the record straight, I have NEVER said that we could not remove parts of a post.

When a post is marked unapproved any response to that post will also be removed. Therefore, if the original post is marked unapproved all the strings are removed.
However, if a response to the original post is marked unapproved only the string of responses to that response will be removed. All the responses made directly to the original post will remain.

Here is an example:

Original post: Congrats to Jane from ABC Dance School
Res 1: Way to go
Res 2: You danced great. Love your new dress
Res a to Res 2: Jane didn't deserve her placement
Res 1 to Res a: Yes she did.

I can remove any of these responses and the original response will remain. However, If I remove Res. 1 only Res 2 and it's substrings will remain. If I remove Res. 2 then the substrings will also be removed and only Res 1 will remain. If I remove Res a then Res 1 to Res a will be removed, but Res 1 and Res 2 above it will remain. I hope this clarifies things. I don't think I can explain it easier.
