Submit your Work Record Data Card to your District chairman. It then must be forwarded to the Section Chair by OCTOBER 15.
Data Card submission: Those officials whose cards are processed on time will receive a new Friend at Court and their new Data Card in early 2009 and their names will be listed in the Official's address database. Officials who miss the deadline must certify during a training session in 2009 in order to work in 2009 and 2010. You WILL NEED an eye doctor's signature for 2010 certification to be completed at the end of 2009.
